How can I backup my data?

Backing up your data is something that most websites don't officially support. After all, it would not be in Facebooks best interest if at any minute you could export your profile and import it into Myspace would it?

Obviously the best way is to keep a copy of your data before you upload it, but this may not be possible, or you may have data already online that you don't have offline. To help you out, we have created a Wiki which allows anyone to post a guide on how to get your data out of a certain website.
